TROUBLESHOOTING:

Unstable connection: This can be caused by wireless interference. Make sure the receiver is relatively close to the mouse and is not blocked by other electronic devices.

Erratic movement or skipping: Check the surface where the mouse is used. Some materials can affect the performance of the mouse. Try using a mouse pad.

Slow response: Close any unnecessary programs that may be running in the background and slowing down your computer.

Difficulty clicking or dragging: Check if the mouse button is not stuck or blocked by debris. If necessary, clean the mouse.

Mouse is not recognized by the computer: Try using a different USB port for the receiver. If the mouse uses Bluetooth, make sure it is paired with the computer.
